USX is different.
We enable Veterans to continue
serving America through
Adventurous Research and Exploration Initiatives
This summer USX is conducting multiple Expeditions: USX currently has a team climbing on Kilimajaro studying the performance of Keytones on the human body. On July 4th an all Air Force USX team climbed more than 4x 14,000 foot peaks in one weekend in an effort to study heart performance using an ECG machine at altitude. Very little research has been conducted before in this way at altitude. See below as we have many challenging expeditions planned for FY'18!
September '17: USX is sending a team to the summit of Mt Whitney to further ECG research of heart performance
January 18': Aconcagua Expedition to South America's tallest peak expanding upon the Keytone research studied on Mt Kilimanjaro
Summer '18: Aquarius Expedition scuba diving to an underwater sea lab testing micro circuitry embedded textiles
September '18: Exoskeleton Arctic Circle Expedition
